Already know what you need built?

InnovAIte accepts a limited number of carefully scoped software, digital and applied-AI projects — websites, web applications and applied AI systems — built with the same discipline we use on our own ecosystem.

Not yet certain what the right answer is? Business Discovery establishes the problem before anyone commits budget to a solution.

Own-brand project · Not a client commission

InnovAIte

Brand website · Interactive 3D · Service enquiry journey

A home for a broad product vision, with a five-stage interactive ecosystem and separate routes for business discovery and commissioned builds. The project brings the story, services and publishing into one visual system.

A product company that takes client work seriously.

We take on defined projects alongside our own product work. The scope sets out what we will build, how you will review it and what is handed over.

Built for your needs

A considered structure, maintainable code and documentation for the next person working on it.

Fixed scope, fixed price

The price, delivery plan and change-control process are agreed before work starts.

Clear ownership

The proposal identifies commissioned deliverables, pre-existing IP and third-party licences. Your domain and hosting accounts remain under your control.

Four kinds of project.

Websites & digital presence

Sites that load fast, read clearly, and make a serious business look serious.

Discuss this kind of project →
  • Designed and built from scratch — no page-builder templates
  • Accessibility and mobile performance targets agreed and checked before handover
  • Technical SEO, structured data and clean URLs handled properly
  • A content-editing workflow agreed to suit how you want to publish

Web applications

Products with real users, real data and a codebase that survives contact with change.

Discuss this kind of project →
  • Accounts, dashboards, portals and internal tools
  • Considered data modelling rather than a schema that grows by accident
  • Built to be handed over — documented, typed, and yours
  • Deployed on infrastructure you own and control

Applied AI systems

AI for a defined task, with review and approval built into the workflow.

Discuss this kind of project →
  • Document processing, structured extraction and drafting workflows
  • Retrieval over your own material, with sources shown
  • Human approval gates on anything consequential
  • Honest scoping: we will tell you when AI is the wrong tool

Systems & automation

Removing the manual steps that quietly consume a working week.

Discuss this kind of project →
  • Mapping the process before automating any of it
  • Integrations between the tools you already pay for
  • Reporting that answers a question rather than displaying data
  • Fail-closed by default — it stops rather than guessing

From first conversation to handover.

  1. 01

    Understand the bottleneck

A conversation about what is actually costing you time, money or credibility. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need what you came to ask for.

  2. 02

    Scope and fixed proposal

A written scope, fixed fee and delivery plan, including dependencies and how changes are approved.

  3. 03

    Build in the open

You see working software early and often — not a design mockup followed by silence.

  4. 04

    Handover and ownership

The agreed deliverables and documentation are handed over, with third-party licences and any pre-existing IP identified. Ongoing support is optional.

Before starting a project.

What does a website cost?
A straightforward business site typically starts in the low thousands; applications and AI systems are scoped individually. You get a fixed number in writing before anything begins — any scope changes are agreed before additional work begins.
How long does it take?
The delivery window is agreed after reviewing the scope, content and integrations. The proposal states milestones, dependencies and review dates. Larger applications are scoped individually.
Do I have to keep paying you?
No. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but the site is yours, on your hosting, and another developer can pick it up. Nothing is built to trap you.
Can you take over an existing site?
Often, yes — depending on what it was built with. Send us the URL and we will tell you honestly whether improving it or replacing it is the better use of your money.

Direct access to the person building it.

InnovAIte is founder-led. Charles scopes the work and is responsible for its review and handover. BuilderCore supports the internal production process; it does not replace project-specific testing or the agreed release checks.
