Building an AI-assisted logistics company from the operating system out.
A business as a proving ground.
The commercial idea
Create a focused same-day logistics service with clear quoting, job visibility and business-account journeys. The aim is to reduce the administrative friction that normally consumes the operator’s time.
The technical experiment
Develop a MinuteDrop operating system that can assist with enquiries, quotes, scheduling, communications, records and routine coordination—using AI where it earns its place, with human control over consequential or unusual cases.
From connected quoting to operating system.
Built
Web and mobile quoting
Customers can use the website quote journey or a separate mobile quoting app. Both use the same backend; App Store and Play Store publication is still ahead.

MinuteDrop OS
The operating layer will connect jobs, customers, records, communications and supervised automation.

Driver app
A separate app will support contractors, subcontractors and company drivers through the delivery workflow.
Working software, with the wider operation still to prove.
The long-term goal is a low-friction business whose routine digital work demands far less founder time—not a business without accountability. The operating system and driver tools still need to be completed, integrated and tested before the whole model can be claimed as working.
